Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Freight Forwarding & Logistics | Hamburg

COMPANY OVERVIEW A global logistics company backed by a Japanese transportation group and a German logistics partner, offering seamless freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions through an extensive international network, is seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain existing customer relationships while actively acquiring new customers.
• Prepare quotations, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals, and support tender activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports.
• Monitor and document sales activities in our CRM system.
• Independently plan and implement actions to achieve defined KPIs and sales targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Completed apprenticeship/training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services (or equivalent commercial qualification) with relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of the local market and a strong sense for identifying new business opportunities.
• Business-fluent German and English skills, strong presentation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach when dealing with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern IT tools.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Class B driver's license required.
