Role: Store Manager (all genders) in Köln. You will be responsible for the economic success and further development of the store, implementing strategic decisions together with the Area Management & Retail Team, and ensuring an optimal shopping experience and ideal working atmosphere for a team of approximately 40 employees. Responsibilities: - Steer KPI-based merchandise management, organize the store efficiently, and implement defined processes to ensure economic success. - Live our service standards daily and flexibly adapt the store to customer needs. - Responsible for all HR topics, from hiring to KPI-based staff scheduling to training and onboarding of employees and managers. - Lead transparently, authentically, and employee-oriented, embodying Zalando values. Qualifications: - Several years of professional experience in retail as well as a completed commercial vocational training (or equivalent position). - Experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback conversations, scheduling, and vacation planning. - Strong analytical understanding to reliably evaluate relevant KPIs and derive targeted measures. - Initiative, decisive strength, and a structured way of working.
