Role: Store Manager (all genders) in Cologne. You are responsible for the economic success and further development of the store. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team, you implement strategic decisions. You ensure an optimal shopping experience and an ideal working atmosphere for your team of approx. 40 employees. Responsibilities: - Manage merchandise based on key figures, organize the store efficiently, and implement defined processes to secure economic success. - Live our service standards daily with a sense for our customers and flexibly adapt the store to their needs. - Take responsibility for all personnel matters, from hiring and key-figure-based scheduling to training and onboarding of employees and managers. - Live the Zalando values through transparent, authentic, and employee-oriented leadership. Qualifications: - Several years of professional experience in retail and a completed commercial training (or comparable position). - Experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback conversations, scheduling, and vacation planning. - Strong analytical understanding and the ability to reliably evaluate relevant key figures to derive targeted measures. - Initiative, decisiveness, and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
