Role: As a Sales Associate (all genders) in part-time (15h or 20h per week), you will join the Fashion Service team in a Zalando Outlet store. This role plays a key part in our offline shopping concept for fashion and lifestyle: the Outlet stores are the 'hands-on Zalando' experience, giving unsold fashion a second chance. Help us create a perfect shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a smile, be supportive and create a positive visiting experience. • Ensure the store floor and fitting rooms always present a well-stocked and inviting environment. • Handleall register transactions professionally and efficiently. • Deal and resolve requests and returns smoothly, ensuring the customer's last impression remains great. • Represent the Zalando identity and our mission to make the world more sustainable. Qualifications:Good command of the German language and a positive, energetic appearance. Team oriented; and a willingness to support colleagues. Valuable previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is welcome, but not required.
