Role Zalando Outlet stores are a key part of our offline strategy. As a part‑time (15 h or 20 h per week) member of the Fashion Service Team you will help create a perfect in‑store shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities - Greet customers with a smile, provide helpful and positive service. - Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms well‑stocked, tidy and attractive. - Operate cash registers efficiently and handle all payment transactions. - Process complaints and returns quickly and professionally. - Contribute to a sustainable fashion environment and represent Zalando’s brand values. Qualifications - Experience in retail or customer‑facing roles (not mandatory). - Good command of German language. - Positive attitude and strong team‑player mindset. - Ability to work flexible, part‑time hours.
