Clarification Lead Supply Operations (all genders) - Lounge by Zalando
About this role
As Clarification Lead at Lounge by Zalando, you will oversee the Clarification Team (eight to eleven specialists), a sub team of Supply Operations. It plays an important role in the value stream of our inhouse processes and acts as a gatekeeper for all article issues. Clarification specialists guarantee a flawless production by correcting and completing existing articles that violate Zalando's policies and legal requirements. The team handles the communication with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure correct data and ultimately the best shopping experience for our customers. Main stakeholders for the team include the Supply Operations core teams who are responsible for creating and enriching all new articles sold by Lounge by Zalando. As soon as data discrepancies or production issues arise, the Clarification team steps in to efficiently solve them so the articles can be produced and sold.
You maintain clear deadlines and process adherence. In addition, through continuous process development and improvements (e.g. with the support of stakeholders such as Process Excellence), your team will play an important part in the value stream to deliver a great experience to our end customers. You will guide your team with regular meetings, feedback, coaching and support. Following the strategic direction of the business unit and operational areas, you and the Operations leadership will be responsible for guaranteeing a smooth process.
