Company and Job Overview A Japanese chemical manufacturer with a diverse business portfolio in mobility, fine chemicals, life sciences, and other sectors is seeking an Inside Sales & Logistics (m/f/d). Job Responsibilities Manage order processing, production, and delivery schedules for chemical products Handle import and export operations and communicate with freight forwarders Coordinate with affiliated companies and production sites in Japan and other Asian countries Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries (excluding price negotiations) Job Requirements Business-level English and German; Japanese language skills are a plus Experience as a Sales Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Logistics Coordinator within a manufacturing company or trading company Experience in import/export operations; experience with a freight forwarder or logistics service provider is also welcome Proficiency in MS Excel is advantageous Benefits & Others Working hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible working hours Annual leave: 30 days per year Flexible home office arrangements available Due to the high volume of applicants, we regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
