About this role

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Product Logistics Operations Assistant (all genders), you will be a key contributor to the production workflow by coordinating and preparing products needed across a variety of projects. Our team focuses on two main areas: managing the product library and delivering logistics and operational assistance for live shows and other productions. You will maintain organization, handle logistics tasks, and ensure all product-related processes run efficiently and without disruption.

This role serves both in-house teams and external partner productions, overseeing the management and upkeep of their product libraries to enable seamless collaboration and consistent availability across all stakeholders.

This role is limited for 12 months, and is onsite only.
