In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will take end-to-end responsibility for securing the right vehicles at the right time under optimal purchasing and remarketing conditions. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You prepare and independently lead negotiations with international vehicle manufacturers and dealers
• You analyze and benchmark offers for our global passenger car and commercial vehicle rental fleet
• You plan the optimal fleet composition in close coordination with cross-functional teams, particularly Yield & Fleet Management, Controlling, and Marketing
• You are the primary point of contact for suppliers, continuously strengthening and expanding your international network at trade fairs, business travel, and industry events
• You contribute to the development and implementation of innovative mobility solutions, such as subscription models and free-floating fleets, in collaboration with vehicle manufacturers
• In cooperation with our corporate legal teams, you formalize negotiated outcomes in legally binding agreements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education: You hold a university degree or completed vocational qualification, along with relevant professional experience
• Experience: You have gained initial experience in purchasing, B2B sales, or comparable fields, making you a confident negotiator with strong assertiveness
• Tools: You are proficient in common MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Working Style: You have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy working with numbers, pick things up quickly, and bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to your work
• Communication: You are an excellent communicator and enjoy engaging with business partners both over the phone and in person
• Languages: You are business fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
