Warehouse Staff / Logistics Operator (m/f/d)

A leading Japanese company in the sealing industry is looking for a Warehouse Staff / Logistics Operator (m/f/d) near Munich.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
• Conduct inventory checks and update records accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Job Requirements

Must-have

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Language Skills: Business level German.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems

Nice-to-have

• Forklift license is a plus
• Language Skills: Basic English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed
