Hi guys, Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). and a deposit of 950€ which needs to be payed right after booking to the landlord: flat-mate via bank transfer.
