Room 5 Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Our minimum contract period is 6 months but the duration of your rental, after the 6 months, it is unlimited. The termination period is only 1 month to the mid or end of each month.
