It has a large room with a wooden parquet floor, the apartment is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a larger corner desk with a chair, an armchair and a TV, giving full flexibility to the tenant's preferences and needs. The high-quality wooden furniture creates a cozy and pleasantly homely atmosphere.The space is flooded with light thanks to the beautiful large windows that let in the sun, giving the apartments a bright and very spacious feel. Of course the apartments are fitted with quality curtains if you want some privacy. In order to be able to store your things, please use the built-in cupboards in the apartment and you will feel at home.Please note that in the case of a rental extension, the rental prices can be adjusted by the landlord.The check-in takes place daily from Mondays to Fridays from 13:00 to 17:00 free of charge. Check in after 17:00, and during weekends and holidays, is not possible.In the basement there is a laundry room that can be used jointly.
