Description:
Quiet and sunny apartment, freshly renovated, (45 sqm) located on the fourth floor in a building from the beginning of the century. Boeckhstrasse itself is a quiet side street, with old buildings in a Wilhelminian style typical of Berlin.
The apartment is furnished and decorated with taste and plenty of nice details, fitted with parquet flooring using genuine wood; there is a modern fitted kitchen. Branded products have been used exclusively for sanitary items and fittings.
The living room is furnished with a double bed, sofa, chest of drawers, table and 2 chairs and television. The kitchen is furnished with all things that are necessary for cooking and eating, fridge/freezer, gas stove with 4 plates and oven.
With the very attractive Graefestr. at its heart, Graefe-Kiez is full of tiny cafes, plant stores, candy shops, record stores, pizza shops and bars in a cosy, tree-lined area with a feeling very much geared to outdoor living. There is a wide age range, with a retirement home existing within the middle of young families and even younger artists and students. As Graefe-kiez borders Neuköllnand is directly next to the twice-weekly Turkish Market, there is also a highly visible Turkish community.
Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
