Description:
Amazing location in an Altbau apartment located in the charming Graefekiez neighborhood. The flat overlooks the treetops of a park and playground and has views that extend out into the distance, front and back. There is wonderful natural light all day. Direct sunlight comes through the bathroom and kitchen in the morning, and the rest of the rooms have afternoon exposure and lovely dappled sunsets. The roof above our apartment is due to be converted in to apartments. The rental price reflects this development. The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple with/without kids. There’s a chef’s galley kitchen, well supplied, and eat-in. The bathroom is large. And, there’s lots of storage space in the apartment, including a walk-in hall closet, two wardrobes, and other well thought out organization solutions make it easy to unpack and tidy all away. The second room can be an office, a guest room, exercise space, or a child’s room. There’s a trundle bed with two single mattresses that can open up to a queen. Very comfortable to work from home with multiple working areas besides the large desk, both the high bench in the kitchen and the living room hutch make good standing desks, and there is plenty of sound privacy for conference calls.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
