English: The apartment is located in a quiet side street and has, among other things, a daylight bathroom with tub, a fully equipped fitted kitchen (stove m. hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), a box spring bed (not yet seen in the photos), high quality wooden floors in bedroom and living room and a balcony with awning (sunny thanks to southwest exposure). Garden or terrace sharing. The city center is within 15 minutes walking distance. Good connection to the industrial area Scweinfurter Hafen. To the next bus stop it is a 3-minute walk.
Baker, butcher, an Italian restaurant and hairdresser can also be reached in a few minutes on foot.
