Our 44-45 sqm One-Bedroom Suites with balcony for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The Suites feature a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining living area and smart TV. In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 m) provides ample rest at night, whereas your private bathroom with shower will make you feel right at home. The pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m) in the living room can also accommodate one more person in the Suite. After a long day you can also relax on your private balcony. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for a stay with us.Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes by e-mail on the day of arrival. Please note: to receive your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking.
