The apartment housing was opened in Wolfsburg in spring 2019. 68 fully equipped apartments from Xtra Smart to Xtra Luxury with the best connection from Vorsfelde to Wolfsburg and the possibility to have breakfast at „Mutter Gru?n“, a fine organic supermarket on the ground floor with a nice snack department (small continental breakfast for EUR 7.00 per person; Mondays to Saturdays from 7-12 am) awaits the guests. Public transport stops are located in front of the door and the bus takes only about 12 minutes of driving time to reach the first of more than 20 factory entrances of Volkswagen. The lounge on the ground floor will be available from spring 2020. This also applies to a further 6 apartments that are currently being built in the neighboring building, an atmospheric old building from the year 1780.Minimum months rental: 1
