Wellness activities at Gaia

All year long Gaia hosts yoga and meditation wellness retreats, all instructed in English. The retreats take place over weekends, starting on Thursday afternoon at 4.30pm and ending on Sunday at 12.30pm. The prices are affordable and fair trade, starting at 490 euros per person for two people sharing, or 520 euros for one person in a shared room.

The retreats are suitable for all levels and abilities, and everyone over the age of 18 is welcome: families, individuals, couples and groups of friends.

Gaia offers two different types of retreats:

  • Yoga & Wellness Retreats
  • Meditation with Yoga Retreat

4 Days Yoga & Wellness Retreat

This retreat is a multi-layer experience (Unplug > De-stress > Recharge) of yoga, standing, walking, relaxing, eating, working, relating, and creating your life!

You will dedicate time for your wellbeing: to explore your vitality, connect with your inner power and tap into your joyful self. Yoga supports the body to reach its healthy state, releasing physical and emotional blockages and energising your life.
