- Preparation and follow-up of internal and external management meetings (e.g., board meetings, supervisory board meetings, economic committee meetings, customer meetings, events, leadership meetings, workers council etc.).
- Managing requests within the management’s area of responsibility, such as organizing meetings, calls and coordinating administrative tasks to support the management board.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, to facilitate planning of important meetings.
- Coordination and support in the preparation and planning of meetings with direct reports, and planning of personnel appraisals, such as target agreements and people development discussions.
- Completion of office administration tasks such as mail processing, email correspondence, room bookings and travel logistics.
- Planning and organizing business trips, events, monitoring and coordinating appointments, and completing paperwork.
- Handling special topics and ad hoc tasks at management level.
Your profile
- Completed university degree, e.g. with a focus on business administration, commercial law, human resources management, or a comparable discipline.
- Initial relevant professional experience in a similar role.
- Structured, analytical, and independent way of working with a high level of quality awareness.
- Excellent communication skills and confident manner at all organizational levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with SAP systems is an advantage.
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English.
