What you'll build
In this global role, you will design and deliver integrated engagement and communication strategies that strengthen GRF’s culture, brand, and strategic positioning in and outside SAP. You will ensure that GRF’s transformation journey is experienced and understood across all audiences, translating our purpose into compelling narratives and impactful initiatives.
- Develop and execute internal engagement initiatives (townhalls, leadership exchanges, digital campaigns, feedback formats) that foster transparency, alignment, and trust.
- Shape and manage marketing and communication campaigns that highlight GRF’s achievements, innovation, and contribution to SAP’s strategic agenda.
- Support GRF leadership with high‑impact positioning, including content creation, storytelling, and event presence, to elevate visibility inside and outside SAP.
- Create stakeholder engagement programs that position GRF as a value‑adding and solution‑oriented partner.
- Implement feedback and measurement tools to continuously improve communication effectiveness and employee experience.
- Act as a bridge across regions, functions, and external networks, ensuring GRF’s voice is consistent, inspiring, and aligned with SAP’s corporate communication standards.
What you bring
You bring a strong background in employee engagement, communications, and marketing, ideally within a global and complex corporate environment. You are passionate about creating experiences and campaigns that connect people with strategy and culture.
You offer:
- Proven expertise in strategic communication, storytelling, and branding, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, inspiring narratives.
- Experience in designing and delivering marketing campaigns and engagement programs across multiple formats and channels.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create interactive formats and cultural initiatives that resonate across diverse audiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills, able to partner with executives, regional leads, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement in communication and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or French is an advantage.
