What you'll build

As part of the SAP Learning team, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain insights into how a global learning organization operates, manages learning initiatives at scale, and contributes to SAP's talent and business strategy. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and support the team in driving strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives. Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing presentations, reports, and executive communication
• Supporting the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, and team activities
• Conducting research, analyzing data and preparing insights to support decision-making
• Contributing to special projects and day-to-day operations
• Helping organize and maintain project-related information, documentation, and processes

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Communications – other fields of study are welcome as well!
• Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Soft skills: Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and quality
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Working independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volatile and results-driven environment
