About the team:
The Global Sponsorships Team provides the necessary tools for the successful planning and implementation of various sponsorships. One of the main goals of the SAP Sponsorships team is to showcase our products in other environments and industries, e.g., in the Sports Industry. In addition, the sponsorship activities bring the SAP software close to the end users, e.g., in a sports club, directly to the fans. And obviously, sponsorships provide an excellent platform to strengthen SAP’s brand, due to a huge reach in media coverage. Within our highly motivated team, we practice a trust-based working model.
What you’ll do
In this role, you´ll become an integral part of our global events team. You'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of both virtual and in-person events that connect our employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the logistical planning and execution of SAP-hosted events, conferences, and webinars
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Help manage event registration, guest communications, and post-event feedback
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and administrative tasks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across SAP board areas
- Improve SAP Local Events team Sharepoint and integrate in Global Sponsorships Sharepoint
- Support the SAP Holiday Party 2025 on the headquarters campus
- Maintain the event venue calendars (ROT03, WDF03, WDF20, and local event calendar)
- Administrate the Local Event Inbox
- Create weekly Event Update Mail for all internal and external Stakeholder
Who you are
- A student in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Passionate about planning events and delivering exceptional experiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in German, Conversational in English
- Coming to the office in Walldorf on regular basis required
