What you'll build

You'll join a global team responsible for Cloud Compliance, Certifications, and Audits.

• Support contract creation and administration with external auditor firms
• Track and report on project status across the team's portfolio
• Contribute to the team's governance processes and operational effectiveness
• Receive an overview on the certifications and attestations SAP is undergoing – ideal for candidates who want to gain overview knowledge on audits
• Get hands-on experience in contract creation and purchasing processes at SAP - ideal for candidates who want to extend their knowledge of contracting and procurement.

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d), currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Digital Business, Science, or AI Management.

• You're curious, resilient, and adapt well when things change.
• You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and have first-hand experience with AI tools.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate across teams, fluently in English, while German is an advantage.
• You are a reliable, independent, and flexible team player with strong self-organizing skills.
• You love to pay attention to details and use your creative thinking to overcome challenges.

The role is based on-site at our office in Walldorf and remote.

Where you belong

The External Certifications & Audits team supports SAP's cloud solutions to deliver attestations and certifications according to applicable legal and market requirements and guidelines in collaboration with third-party auditors.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages
