What you´ll do

We are looking for a committed and passionate working student to support the Global Head of SAP University Alliances with the following capabilities required:

  • Support in travel arrangements and travel reporting
  • Reporting and creation of presentations/ summaries to University Alliances leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Research, develop and deliver presentations and communication content for internal and external audiences
  • Communication with professors, students and SAP internal key stakeholders (e.g. SAP Learning organization, talent attraction and more)

Who you are

  • Student (w/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of Study: Business Administration, Communication and/or Marketing, languages, Communication Design
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office – especially, advanced skills in MS PowerPoint
  • Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, self-driven and motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills & attention to detail
  • Profound skills in writing
  • AI mindset and AI skills
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)
  • Team player with good communication skill

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
