Production Technology Analyst in the P2D area (m/f/d)

Your role
  • Conduct the implementation of new production lines
  • Support relevant teams in using newly introduced IT systems
  • Drive continuous optimization of production processes
  • Able to spot opportunities for optimization which come from the interaction of the production process, its neighboring processes and IT systems
  • Supporting the development of new software functions by defining production processes and raw material supply processes and by analyzing process related problems which may result from improper definitions
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in neighboring processes (e.g. supply chain and quality management)
  • Create end to end test plans and lead the execution of tests in order to ensure that functional changes in the production lines or IT systems have no negative impact on the current production landscape
Your profile
  • Experienced process engineer with +10 years of working experience
  • Ideally you are experienced with ADM Nutrition production process
  • IT literate and experienced with MES systems and relevant SAP processes
  • od communication skills and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Detailed kledge of local End to End processes in the areas raw material supply and production and fundamental kledge about neighboring processes
  • Familiar with designing processes including process concepts and good process descriptions
  • Understand how process orders are planned and transferred to production
  • Understand how process events are booked in the various IT Systems (MES/SAP/ShopFlor) and which requirements (regarding e.g. traceability, legal, accounting, regulatory, QM, etc.) are covered with these bookings
  • Able to interpret and understand usual error messages and understand how confirmation messages of process orders are handled in the ERP system
  • Willingness for business travel
