We are looking for a dedicated, relationship-driven SAM/Client Success Lead (m/f/d) to strengthen our strategic client relationships, develop and grow our strategic clients & partnerships and serve as a valuable resource and point of contact to provide a high quality end-to-end service.
You will work in a highly motivated team comprised of account managers (m/f/d) in the digital ad-tech landscape. The team retention is very high, ensuring a great working atmosphere & performance. This is a perfect opportunity for you to work with strategic advertisers (m/f/d), as well as leading various internal projects with the final goal of leveraging the level of service towards and the satisfaction of our Premium advertisers (m/f/d).
You will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic German advertisers (m/f/d), from different verticals, looking after performance or brand awareness KPIs. You will work with reputable clients directly.  This is a fantastic opportunity  for you to grow and be part of a great team, learning from others but also sharing your experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage customers (m/f/d) according to their importance and potential within your portfolio, spotting abilities to scale, product rollout potential and further client needs
  • You will be responsible for analyzing and creating custom reports and actionable insights for clients (m/f/d) to support your client growth arguments
  • You'll ensure customers (m/f/d) follow best practices and take advantage of all opportunities to succeed on the platform
  • You'll help clients to understand and optimize their campaigns, achieve campaign goals, and grow their accounts
  • You'll handle first-level technical requests, which includes implementing conversion tracking codes, targeting, spend caps, pacing, etc., as well as escalating second-level technical requests to Ad Ops to successfully launch a campaign
  • You'll be responsible for upselling and cross-selling - focusing on launching new product features and additional campaigns, as well as expanding clients internationally (m/f/d) 
  • You are the GO TO person for your clients (m/f/d), are easily accessible for them, meet them regularly for client meetings, QBRs, evening events, etc. (Only if the current situation allows it)

Your Profile

  • You gained 6+ years experience in results-driven customer-facing role in Digital Marketing
  • You have kledge of KPI based campaign/ client management and optimization of campaigns towards hitting ROI & CPA targets
  • You bring an understanding of the ad tech industry and the needs of brands that spend heavily in the DACH advertising landscape
  • You are familiar with managing a portfolio of clients (m/f/d) - prioritizing and managing portfolio growth according to potential
  • You have a willingness to understand and present opportunities to clients (m/f/d) looking to scale indefinitely
  • You score high with strong analytical skills, observing and identifying data trends and creating actionable insights and reports for clients (m/f/d) 
  • You have excellent relationship management and client interaction skills (m/f/d) and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn
  • You have excellent technology skills or the ability to quickly learn the technical aspects required to successfully implement and optimize campaigns
  • You are open to business travel and have fluency in English and German (are a must)
