Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end user onboarding experience, ensuring a high level of activation and satisfaction
  • You learn about our product, our processes and our customers 
  • You meet the internal teams with whom you will work closely
  • You participate in onboarding sessions and kick-off meetings with customers
  • You work closely with external and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging onboarding sessions
  • You are responsible for project managing the onboarding process, identifying opportunities to deliver onboarding sessions more efficiently and effectively

Your Profile

  • You have completed your education or studies (e.g. in business administration, international management, (economic) psychology, social sciences or similar) and are passionate about people and cultural issues
  • You are energetic and results oriented with the ability to think quickly
  • You are comfortable speaking with customers, providing support and feedback, and working closely with them to resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • You can explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • You already have more than 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS platform environment 
  • You have worked in positions where you excelled in project management, presentations, and customer orientation 
  • You are familiar with HubSpot CRM
  • You can communicate fluently in English and German, French is a plus
