Your Responsibilities

  • You develop and implement lead generation strategies
  • You leverage your personal and professional network to grow the customer base
  • You will be the internal point of contact for new inquiries and build relationships with key players at prospective clients
  • You create a customer expansion strategy
  • You proactively consult with our existing customers
  • You communicate continuously between our sales and operations departments
  • You prepare project kick-offs and briefings with our operations department

Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • You ideally have a network of marketing managers at potential client companies
  • You are a communication talent, have an authentic appearance paired with curious attitude
  • You take great joy in presenting and show a strong interest in social media
  • You ideally have experience with Hubspot
  • You love new challenges and scenarios
  • You have very good written and spoken communication skills in English and German
