Senior Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You build and oversee the marketing automation roadmap
• You start with a basic set-up today, you take full ownership to develop the marketing automation infrastructure
• You will build key relationships with various teams and understand our product, metrics and marketing processes
• You will identify strengths and weaknesses in current marketing processes and develop a marketing automation roadmap for the next few quarters
• You will successfully collaborate with your marketing team colleagues to launch campaigns across multiple channels
• You will become an expert on marketing metrics and drive our marketing efforts based on your data
• You've tested the latest marketing tools and used your technical expertise and curiosity to implement them, even when there are native APIs with the CRM

Your Profile

• You have strong people skills, having the ability to listen, communicate and relate to others
• You have an affinity for technology and CRM tools
• You are a self-starter who carries projects through to completion
• You have experience in building a complex marketing automation set up
• You have worked in a fast scaling B2B SaaS startup with +100 employees
• You are well versed with the use of HubSpot and have experience in project management
• You communicate fluently in English
