Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for Inside Sales team members, who want to support us in building this new function and scaling with our user base more than ever before. We offer world-class coaching on the path to becoming a sales machine. This is not an easy way, and it will be challenging, but if (and when) you succeed, you could reach everything. With your communication skills, team-first mentality, and eagerness to grow and learn, you will play a vital role in bringing our growth to unprecedented levels.

What you'll do

• You become a vital part of our novel inside sales team, applying value based selling and calling restaurants to offer our solution
• You grow and develop quickly, bringing in your experience to build this new function
• You take full ownership of your leads and sales funnel
• You gain valuable experience in a high-growth Start-up
• You bring our sales processes and techniques to the next level with different career path developments at your disposal

What we're looking for

• You are able to communicate in German on a C2-Level (Bonus: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Turkish, or Ukrainian)
• You are adaptable and can put yourself in the shoes of a famous chef, kebab shop, or family owned Italian restaurant
• You have excellent communication skills and a high service level mindset and a passion for sales
• You have strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
• You have analytical ability and natural curiosity about data-driven decision-making
• You have enthusiasm, curiosity, and a team-first mentality
