Internship User Operations - Customer Service / Administration (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- You support the team members in their daily tasks, e.g. by sending emails and preparing reports
- You take over the direct contact with our users – learners and coaches – as the face and voice of the company
- You support our users with their concerns, collect feedback as well as answer questions about coaching in general and our product specifically
- You solve problems and are in close communication with other teams, such as the Content Experience Team, the Coach Experience Team and the Product Team
Your Profile
- You have a study background in psychology, business administration or similar – previous experience in a start-up or customer support is a plus, not a must (active enrollment not required)
- You are communicative, empathetic and have a solution-oriented personality
- You have strong organizational skills and can manage several tasks at the same time
- You have an affinity for personal development and are interested in (business) coaching
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills (both on C1 level or higher)
- You are looking for an internship for at least 6 months, so you can really get into the User Operations matter
- You have a work permit in either of the locations (Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich, and London)
