Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

You Responsibilities

  • You'll proactively monitor all outbound and inbound shipments for your customers, advise on our electronic solutions and service offerings, and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
  • You'll find unconventional solutions that improve your customers' supply chains
  • You'll be responsible for the customer experience by managing the entire shipping process, keeping up to date with changes in local and foreign regulations, internal and external procedures, and product developments
  • You leverage your solid understanding of the cargo you transport by road, rail or sea
  • You act as the main point of contact for customers and build strong relationships with them
  • You understand their business, their service needs and their drivers to continually improve the working relationship
  • You work independently, but also share kledge and best practices with the team

Your Profile

  • You score points for having a passion for customer service and being a team player
  • You are an empathetic person who is excellent at communicating and gets along well with a wide variety of people
  • You demonstrate an interest in digitization and shaping the digital future of the customer experience
  • You are open to change and drive initiatives to improve the customer experience
  • You have fluency in German and English 
  • You ideally have experience in customer service or sales or a background in the shipping and logistics industry
