AI Creative Retoucher (all genders)

Role We are looking for a talented and innovative AI Creative Retoucher (all genders) with a strong understanding of AI technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and bringing new approaches toward our visuals in the post production phase. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of current AI tools, excellent technical skills, and a creative mindset. This role requires collaboration with various departments to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and project objectives. Responsibilities - Execute high-end, creative retouching that includes colour correction, composition, and scene creation with a strong understanding of print processes. - Provide input during brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to enhance the visual. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into creative retouching. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in AI-based image. - Expert in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Lightroom. - Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in creative retouching. - Showcase a diverse range of projects highlighting proficiency in retouching that also include AI-based projects. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. - Team player with time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality and visually appealing content.
