What you'll build
We are currently looking for a passionate and creative student to join our team in preparation for upcoming developer conferences: re>≡CAP 2026 and Code Connect 2026
Your tasks will include:
- Support the preparation of upcoming developer conferences as part of the organization team
- Create design materials including logos, posters, badges, intro videos, giveaways…
- Design social media posts related to the conference
- Create and align the conference design between closely related conferences (collaborate with other designers)
- Assist in the creation and design of the conference website & mobile app

What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related field
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, iMovie, etc.)
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, coupled with an independent and proactive work style

You will be working in a small conference orga team located in Walldorf. We emphasize teamwork and a trust-based working model. We are looking for a self‑motivated and enthusiastic student to join our team.
