- You help customers in emergency situations and correspond with rescue coordination centers if necessary.
- You are responsible for research and information procurement.

- Experience and know-how: enthusiastic about new technologies and customer service in the automotive sector, quick comprehension and skill in dealing with information technology
- Flexibility: 24/7 shifts
- Languages: czech at a native level and good command of English
