Overview of tasks:
- Back-office support only
- Taking over general administrative tasks
- Provide online support for specific cases
- Achieving and ensuring quality standards
We are looking for:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English
- Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
- Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.
- Affinity with back office services
- Reliable and efficient way of working
