Our goal
We aim to ensure seamless integration of insurance solutions into the purchasing processes of Mercedes-Benz customers for cars and vans. Our goal is to design service and claims processes to be as convenient as possible for our customers while considering their needs and pain points. By leveraging the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and digital marketing tools, we aim to provide an outstanding customer experience and enable sustainable and profitable business.
You will master these tasks
- Support the Insurance Customer Journey Team with various tasks and processes, such as the online and offline customer journey for overseas and Europe: from the awareness phase to customer retention, including sales, claims management, and customer service
- Assist the team with daily tasks such as stakeholder management and coordination of customer journeys
- Assist in integrating insurance solutions into the entire customer journeys of Mercedes-Benz AG (online and offline) and support the team in collaborating with stakeholders
- Prepare and visualize complex issues, create presentations and decision templates
- Support ongoing international projects in the area of customer journey
- Independently work on special topics
Requirements
- Studies in business administration, marketing, insurance, or a comparable field
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in digital projects and new business models
- Customer-oriented thinking and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to perform, initiative, structured, conscientious, and team-oriented work
- Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and Mural is an advantage
- Knowledge in the area of customer journey is a plus
