What You’ll Build The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. • Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Support the development of business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Document and communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special activities on demand.

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. In exaptational cases just finished high school.
• Experianced in programming languages such as Python
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Soft skills: the ability to work in a global team with a multicultural nature, creative, focus on quality and results, open personality, and professional communication style, proactive
• Working from Walldorf office is required

The Customer Engagement Advisory (CEA) team delivers advisory to customers directly or through their related front roles to drive foundational technical adoption of our solutions. Our ultimate objective is to continuously improve customer satisfaction, foster their success in the cloud, and help them become intelligent enterprises. We connect and build the bridge bringing our customers and their front roles together with other relevant units within SAP, advising them to close gaps in knowledge, acting as experts, partners, and coaches.

• Support the team members and customer-facing roles (e.g., Account Managers, Technical Quality Managers, Enterprise Architects) within their customer engagements with operational tasks
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations, reports, and meetings
• Perform research, data analysis, and documentation to support decision-making
• Help coordinate communications and information flow within the Customer Engagement Advisory team and with stakeholders across regions
• Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives (e.g., process optimization, data quality improvements, tool development)
