Brand Manager (m/f/d)

What can you expect?

  • You are responsible for our brand strategy, corporate identity and overall brand reputation among our key stakeholders, e.g. customers, investors, politics, potential talents and employees
  • You are responsible for further developing our corporate identity and design, organizing brand refreshes or relaunches
  • You develop and implement creative brand campaigns to ensure our reputation as a leading electrolysis manufacturer in the green hydrogen space, furthermore, you create branded content for external and internal communication activities, such as company presentation pitch decks, corporate videos, infographics and visuals
  • You protect our corporate brand and make sure that our colleagues stick to our corporate design, acting as an internal consultant for corporate identity matters
  • You are supervising advertising activities, our product design and other marketing measures to maintain consistency in our branding and provide branded templates and assets for our Communications team and other departments of the company
  • You are continuously monitoring our brand reputation and brand activities along our strategic KPIs, reporting them to the Head of Communications, additionally, you control the brand budget together with the team's leadership functions

What should you bring along?

  • You have a university degree in marketing, communications or comparable business field and bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience, experience in the implementation of corporate rebranding projects is a plus
  • You have good time and project management skills and are able to keep track of several projects at the same time
  • You are a team player - the overall success of the Communications team and the company is what counts for you, coordinating agencies, freelancers and other external partners is daily business for you
  • You are always up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing and brand trends, keeping an eye on the wishes and requirements of our most important target groups
  • You excel with a high level of creativity and deliver appealing brand content and original campaign, furthermore you have the ability to oversee and plan large budgets and to report the success of brand activities along relevant KPIs
  • You provide strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and a creative eye for detail
  • You provide very strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
