Trainer / Learning Services Analyst (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a new full-time Trainer / Learning Services Analyst to join our team in Essen.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues
• Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records
• Stay abreast of changes in the workflows and policies in order to adapt training methods and materials
• Be the main point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner
• Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills
• Provide support for the team in the operating day-to‑day business

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English on a C1 Level
• Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees
• Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable
• Flexibility to keep up with project speed and openness to new requirements
• Structured, organized and responsible working approach
• High level of policy and operational knowledge
