What you'll build

The working student (f/m/d) will support the LSESS Team in day to day business, primarily assisting in:

  • Answering and forwarding questions from our partners and customers about their certifications via ESM and first level support in certification matters
  • Issuing and checking digital badges on Credly
  • Updating SAP’s current certification list
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests, such as project support, creating documentation on processes etc.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: Professional user of MS Office (Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Language skills: English and German fluent
  • Soft skills: Team player, Social Competency, Trustworthiness (sensitive data)
  • Others: Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work in teams of multicultural nature

The Learning Systems Engineering Service & Support team is responsible for operating all learning platforms and solutions with a consistent and aligned technical architecture. Focus is the technical operations of the SAP Learning and the Certification Hub as a cloud offering to our customers. We solve technical requests and issues 24x5 around the globe. The reliability of the learning platform is paramount to our customers and users who are learning to use and implement SAP’s software on SAP Learning Hub.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
