Working Student (f/m/d) - Product Learning CX Specialist

What you'll do

You will be engaged in SAP Customer Experience (CX) training curriculum development and training delivery preparation, i.e.:

• Develop: Design, create and improve learning materials such as videos, presentations, demos and so on
• Showcase: Prepare, configure, and test exercises in training system landscapes
• Publish: Release course and video materials and contribute to improving the customer & partner learning journeys
• Revolutionize: Provide feedback and input on improving our workflows and trainings

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Education
• Computer skills: MS Office, LLMs, video production (e.g. Camtasia) as a plus
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Desire to learn new products and technologies
• Ability to understand business scenarios and contexts and connect them to applicable technical concepts

Be at the heart of the fast-growing learning platform at SAP: learning.sap.com! Our team creates eLearnings, videos, and classrooms trainings for SAP Customer Experience customers and partners. In this position you will be enabling for CX and its integrations to other products.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrolment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
