Construction Project Manager (Building & HVAC) (100% Remote Work) (m/f/d)

Our client is an AI-driven building controlling platform provider from the USA, offering an autonomous platform for buildings to enable and control utilities and facilities performing its best energy and efficiency performance.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who has a strong background in building construction project management with a proven track record in HVAC-related products (Boiler, Chiller, Pump, etc) with German or Dutch communication skills.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of experience in building construction project management
• Well-versed in building control systems, ideally HVAC, boiler, chiller, pump, and other related fields, is a must.
• Proven expertise in technical building controls
• Fluent in either German or Dutch communication skills and Business English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate the successful deployment of the company’s solutions in partner buildings in Europe.
• Oversee building controls integration and coordination, including direct collaboration with construction managers, managing on-site project execution and ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Manage sales application support and engineering. Work closely with end-users, VARs, MSIs, and installation contractors to support project take-off and engineering processes.
• Be a window and key contact of external partners and internal teams to relay crucial insights
• Ensure seamless execution that managing project timelines, coordinating site activities, and proactively addressing challenges to maintain project efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in building or real estate construction project management
• Sales technical support experience and familiar with assisting partners and clients in project planning, engineering, and execution
• Experience with smart building technologies, automation systems, or IoT-based solutions
• Good understanding of energy-efficient construction and sustainability initiatives
• Knowledgeable in construction workflows, installation processes, and industry best practices
