About this role
During your internship, your primary mission will be to conduct a comprehensive benchmark analysis of various RISC-V processor cores.
You will compare them against each other and against established commercial and proprietary CPU architectures.
Your evaluation will cover critical dimensions, such as hardware efficiency: Power, Performance and Area (PPA) when implemented on an ASIC.
In addition, you will evaluate architectural capabilities, including the impact of standard and custom instruction set extensions.
Last but not least, you will analyze the software ecosystem, including the usability, maturity and performance of the associated compiler toolchains.
