About this role
Become part of our team! Together we continue to expand our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden.
Your tasks
- Shape the future: As a MEMS Process developer, you are responsible for pre-development of novel unit processes / process modules for highly innovative future magnetic sensors in 300 mm
- Bridge science and industry: You play a central role in transfer, adaption and development of new MEMS processes and equipment's for our highly automated 300 mm line in cooperation with research institutes for fundamental development and equipment vendors for industrialization towards volume production
- Think strategically: Carry out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies, and systems within the framework of technical implementation, capacities, and future requirements
- Take ownership: You plan and execute experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the team
- Collaborate confidently: Follow up the development goals as a part of an expert team of various domains in close cooperation with Frontend manufacturing and overall process development
- Shape success: To reach the goals, you rely on a combination of intensive teamwork, high personal responsibility and self-dependence
Your profile
- Personality: High level of enthusiasm, problem-solving ability, assertiveness, self-initiative, creativity, and teamwork, with the capability to perform effectively under pressure
- Working Practice: You are working systematic, goal-oriented, decisive
- Experience and Know-How: You have several years of professional relevant experience or PhD, very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology; knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
- Language: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences or comparable qualification
