JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct market and trend analyses to identify customer needs and implement solutions.

Collaborate closely and regularly with international product managers within the EMEA region to define products and specifications.

Provide guidelines for the development of new products and the enhancement and adaptation of existing products in collaboration with our development departments.

Perform internal product tests according to specifications and operating manuals.

Coordinate external product tests and certifications (CE, EN54).

Support marketing and sales through product training and presentations.

Develop and implement product strategies and market introduction concepts in close cooperation with sales and marketing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

A degree in engineering, preferably in audio technology or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Solid technical understanding, ideally complemented by experience in the audio industry.

Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new product ideas and features.

A structured and independent working style – solution-oriented, committed, and a team player.

Strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and persuasiveness.

Business level in English is a must, German is an advantage
