YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You have basic knowledge of dunning, receivables management, and collection processes.
• You are responsible for monitoring and processing outstanding receivables, clarifying payment arrears, making payment arrangements, and collecting debts.
• You are the central point of contact for communicating and clarifying outstanding claims in communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Analytical Thinking You are passionate about numbers and you have an analytical mindset
• Communication You possess good communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with customers and other departments
• Language Skills You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of any other European language is a plus
• Tool Competence You are confident in using MS-Office Excel
• Soft Skills You like to work independently while still being team-oriented
