YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • Online Marketing Controlling & Business Partnership: You are the go-to financial partner for Online Marketing — owning planning, performance tracking, and efficiency measurement through KPIs like ROI and CPR. You act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the VP Online on all financial matters, combining analytical rigor with commercial instinct.
  • Revenue Prediction: You own SIXT's revenue prediction model — the central tool for steering the company's topline. You continuously refine the prediction logic, account for special effects (e.g. Easter timing, shifts in booking patterns), and align outputs with key stakeholders to bridge mathematical models with real-world context.
  • Commercial Steering: You support the commercial performance of our Online and Partner business — including CRM, App, and Revenue Management. You track results, flag shortfalls early, and help translate insights into profitable growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with a broad set of stakeholders: Online & Performance Marketing, Yield Management, Commercial Analytics, Product Pricing, and beyond. You make complexity manageable — and your analysis actionable.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience: You have a consulting background or several years of experience in Sales or Marketing Controlling (background in eCommerce or Online Controlling is a strong plus).
  • Tools: You are genuinely excited about working with agentic AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and Cursor (not just using them, but growing with them), and ideally you are comfortable writing SQL queries.
  • Mindset: You bring a strong analytical mindset with the ability to tackle conceptual challenges and communicate complex topics with clarity.
  • Stakeholder Management: You are results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and work streams in parallel.
  • Collaboration: You are a collaborative team player with a service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English; German would be a plus.
