What you’ll build
- Lead large global travel management transformation projects
- Test travel technology systems (e.g., booking tools, reporting platforms).
- Collaborate to align travel policies, processes, and compliance needs.
- Provide training - and communication content, document project and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for each project
What you bring
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with corporate travel systems and processes including global - and local country requirements (including Germany)
- Technical understanding of travel systems (e.g., Concur, SAP, Amadeus, Sabre)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Travel Data handling (profile imports, reporting, APIs)
- Attention to detail and ability manage timelines independently
- Experience working in global teams, fluent in German and English

This role ensures smooth onboarding by coordinating with travel suppliers and internal teams to configure booking tools, workflows, and policies. The Travel Project Manager manages project timelines, issue resolution provides training and support, and ensures SAP’s requirements are met while driving operational efficiency.
