Senior Accountant (m/f/d)

A Japanese engineering trading company with over 20 global locations is seeking a Senior Accountant (m/f/d).
With offices not only in Germany but also in Eastern Europe, the company specializes in sourcing European-made equipment and supporting Japanese clients expanding into the region.

Job Responsibilities
Monthly profit and loss management
Support for cash management and closing operations
Coordination with external accounting firms and the Japan headquarters
Preparation of financial reports and reporting to Japan HQ

Job Requirements
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, German is a plus
Approximately 5 years of practical accounting experience in Germany

Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and administrative capabilities
