Senior Expert Direct Tax Reporting (all genders)

Role: Senior Expert Direct Tax Reporting Responsibilities: - Lead all direct tax reporting processes as part of the financial reporting cycle under IFRS. - Own tax numbers for the group and serve as a key representative for tax positions to internal stakeholders and external auditors. - Mentor and train the tax team on the calculation of current and deferred tax positions. - Prepare transparent tax analytics for leadership. - Manage direct tax tools and implement new solutions, including AI integration. - Oversee reporting obligations including OECD Pillar 2, public CbCR, Tax Contribution, and ESG reporting. Qualifications: - Degree in tax, law, economics, business administration, or a comparable background. - Deep expertise in corporate tax accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation (IFRS and/or German GAAP). - Understanding of CbCR, Pillar 2, and OECD/EU tax reporting impacts. - Proven history of implementing complex financial processes and controls. - Proficiency in SAP or other analytical programs. - Fluent in English with strong communication skills for non-specialist stakeholders.
